on Sun Jun 17, 2018 9:43 am
Normal Wars
No agreement required for eitherside to initiate this type of war.
May either become; Player Kill War, Long Term war, or simply ends as a short lived conflict.
Not intended to be a long term/continuous conflicts.
Only last until everyone involved dies once.
Automatically considered when a faction attacks other faction more than once.

Explanation of Attacks
Attacks are defined as if you as a faction member go into another factions' turf and commit a hostile act against that factions' member, property (to include graffiti tagging if witnessed/caught in the act), regardless of the outcome. Any attacks are to be fully roleplayed events and should not fall under deathmatching behavior.

Killed Members, Participation, and Cooldowns
Killed members may not participate under any circumstances, this to includes kills made by LEO factions, imprisonment for 5 or more hours, and ajails in relation to the conflicts. The cooldown for any attack is 1 hour. This applies to the attacking faction.

Allies Restriction
You are allowed to use an ally during attacks under strict circumstances. You need to have circumstantial evidence that your faction and the other faction is allied, it has to be a worth-while alliance, it must be longer than two weeks. You may only use 1 allied faction per attack. The attack must not exceed 4 players in total and your faction needs to be 50% of the attacking party (2:2). If the rule is broken the faction directly involved in the war will be punished.

Weapon Restrictions
Grenades, molotovs, and sniper rifles may not be used. OOC /mask may not be used during this war.

End Conditions
Opposing faction is killed entirely (PK'ed from the conflict).
The war escalate into Long Term War or Player Kill War.
Agreements from both sides.
Faction management intervention to end the war.

Long Term Wars
Agreement of both factions, or Faction Management's decision to force the war.
Mutual agreement for the cooldowns between attacks can be made between involved factions prior to the war, if no agreement is made, the standard time will be automatically applied
If there are mutual agreement for higher or lesser cooldown time, it has to be documented via FG:RP forums, screenshot'd, and sent to the Head of Factions.
Intended for a long-lasting conflict with no win or lose term.
